What we process: data read from the uploaded document (full name, pilot/operator number, categories, expiry date, QR verification URL) — solely to generate the Apple Wallet card (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For how long: the uploaded PDF is processed in memory and discarded immediately after reading. Parsed data and the generated card vanish from the server after at most one hour, or once downloaded. No user accounts, no personal-data database.

Payments: handled by Autopay S.A. as an independent controller of transaction data — we never receive your card details.

Logs: technical only, no personal data, kept for 14 days.

Hosting: servers in the EU.
