Terms of Service — drone-cert.com

§ 1. General provisions

1. The website www.drone-cert.com (the "Service") is operated by Grzegorz Landecki, conducting non-registered business activity within the meaning of Art. 5(1) of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law of 6 March 2018, correspondence address: ul. Niecała 15/43, 20-080 Lublin, Poland, tax id (NIP): 712-240-44-00, e-mail: grzegorz@drone-cert.com, phone: +48 666 383 015 (the "Provider").

2. These Terms govern the electronic service of generating an informational Apple Wallet card from an official document uploaded by the User.

§ 2. The service

1. The service automatically reads data from the User's uploaded PDF (UAS pilot certificate of competency and/or UAS operator registration from the Polish KSID / drony.gov.pl system) and generates a digitally signed Apple Wallet card (.pkpass) in Polish or English.

2. The card is informational only — it is not an official document and does not replace the ULC/KSID registry entry. The card carries the original QR code from the User's document, pointing to the official registry.

3. The service is digital content delivered once, not on a tangible medium.

4. Technical requirements: an HTML5-capable web browser and — to install the card — a device with Apple Wallet (iPhone / iPod touch); the document must be a PDF up to 10 MB.

§ 3. Contract and price

1. The contract is concluded when the User — after verifying the extracted data — accepts the required consents and completes the payment (or redeems a valid promo coupon).

2. The price is 10 PLN for the full set of cards generated within one order, taxes included. The price is displayed before payment.

3. A receipt is issued on request — please write to the e-mail in § 1.

§ 4. Payments

1. Online payments are processed by Autopay S.A. (Sopot, Poland). Available methods: BLIK, payment card, instant bank transfer.

2. The Provider never receives or stores the User's card details.

3. A valid promo coupon entered on the payment page replaces the payment.

§ 5. Delivery

1. Cards are generated automatically, immediately after the payment is confirmed (usually within seconds).

2. Download links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes.

§ 6. Withdrawal

1. A consumer User consents to the delivery of the digital content immediately upon conclusion of the contract, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

2. Pursuant to Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the User loses the right of withdrawal once the cards are delivered, which the User is informed of and confirms before paying.

3. Until the digital content is delivered, the User may withdraw by e-mailing the Provider.

§ 7. Complaints

1. Complaints may be submitted to grzegorz@drone-cert.com or in writing to the address in § 1.

2. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt. In case of a defective service the User is entitled to a free re-performance or a refund.

§ 8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The uploaded PDF is processed in server memory only and discarded immediately after reading.

§ 9. Final provisions

1. Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. 2. These Terms may be amended; contracts are governed by the version in force on the day of conclusion. 3. In force since 12 July 2026.
